How and Why do we DREAM?



Now you have reached this site and I bet that you will not leave without getting the answer of this question : "Why do we dream?"

You can find it out by yourself by following the steps given below.

1.) Calm yourself down and relax your body.




2.) Focus your mind in present moment.




3.) Breathe ... observe your breathing...




4.) EMPTY .. your MIND...




5.) How to know if your mind is empty?

When you stop thinking about your past, stop thinking about future.

Past includes the time : 10 years back, 1 year back, 1 month back, 1 day back, 1 hour back, 1 minute back, one second back, one mili second back, 1 micro second back, 1 nano second back, 1 pico second back, and so on ... Stop thinking about what happened in last "Smallest moment of time you know"  in the past.

Similary, Future includes what will you do in next 10 years, 1 year, 1 month, 1 day , 1 hour, 1 minute, one second, one mili second, 1 micro second, 1 nano second, 1 pico second, and so on ... Stop thinking about what will happen in next "Smallest moment of time you know"  in the future.


When you are AWARE of what is going on around you at the MOMENT called "NOW", then you can say that your mind is EMPTY.



6.) FOCUS on your breathing ... Breath-In .. Breathe-Out ... Repeat this infinitely.

7.) While focusing on breathing ... a THOUGHT will come to your mind ...

8.) Now, your mind will be diverted from "FOCUSING on breathing" to "PROJECTING your thought" that came to your mind when you were focusing on breathing.

9.) When your mind starts focusing on your thoughts instead of breathing, Projection of thought appears in your mind similar to how we watch movies in theatre.

10.) When this projection happens, mind does not know if it is seeing the projection of thought or it is REAL. Mind gradually starts believing that whatever is coming to it (thought) is Real.


11.) And, in this way ... a thought is converted into a DREAM!!!!
